Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after you place them. Once your order has been handed off to our carrier, it’s officially on its way. During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and begin once your order has shipped. Most packages arrive within the standard timeframe for your country. Please note that carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or holidays. For international orders, customs may occasionally add extra time to delivery.

Shipping Accuracy

It’s important that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details can cause delays or cancellations. If our system detects an issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify your details. If we don’t hear back, we may need to cancel your order.

If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please email us at ray@blisstail.com within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to fix it, but changes after that window cannot be guaranteed.

Delays in Delivery

While we do our best to ship orders quickly, some factors are outside of our control. Carriers may face weather disruptions, customs delays, or other transit issues. If we encounter an issue on our end — such as product availability or payment verification — we’ll notify you right away. BlissTail is not liable for courier delays, but we’ll always keep you updated and assist where we can.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed to the courier, it is their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@blisstail.com. We’ll work with you and the courier to investigate. Couriers often have claims processes for missing packages, and we’ll help guide you through it.

BlissTail is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and they are not covered under our refund policy. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, but we cannot guarantee it in every case. If necessary, you may also need to file a claim directly with the courier or a police report.
