Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, it is officially on its way.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Most orders arrive within the standard timeframe for your region.
Please note: carriers may experience delays during busy seasons, customs checks, or other factors outside our control. We’ll always do our best to assist if any issues arise.
Shipping Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may cause delays or cancellations.
If our system detects an issue, our team may contact you within 3 business days to verify your information. If we don’t hear back, we may need to cancel the order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please email us at support@blisstail.com within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to correct it, but changes after that window cannot be guaranteed.
Delays in Delivery
While we work hard to ship orders quickly, certain factors may cause delays — including weather conditions, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other transit issues beyond our control.
If an issue arises on our end (such as inventory or payment verification), we will notify you right away.
BlissTail is not liable for courier delays, but we will always assist where possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed to the courier, it becomes the courier’s responsibility.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@blisstail.com. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and guide you through the next steps.

BlissTail is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and they are not covered under our refund policy. In some cases, we may offer a replacement, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Depending on the situation, you may also need to file a claim directly with the courier or your local police department.
