Order Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has entered processing, we may not be able to stop it. If you cancel on time, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We are confident our products will make a noticeable difference for you and your cat. That’s why we encourage you to use them for at least 14 days before making a decision. If after that time you are still not satisfied, you can return your purchase anytime within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping fees, if applicable, are not refundable. To help us process your request quickly, please include your Order Number or the name and email address used at checkout.

Damaged Items

Every order is packaged with care, but if your product arrives defective or physically broken, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email support@blisstail.com with a clear photo of the damage, and we will determine if you qualify for a replacement at no cost. Please note that minor cosmetic issues with packaging that do not affect the product itself are not considered damage. We cannot replace or refund items damaged from normal use, misuse, or accidents.

Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to ship orders quickly, but once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery times are managed by the courier. BlissTail is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen events, nor for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a resend or refund.
